Performing Arts

Air Force Services Agency conducted a “talent search” for teens, ages 14-18 years to attend the Performing Arts Theater Camp.

The lucky teens went on an all-expense-paid trip to attend the one week camp. Set in a rustic outdoor camping area. Teens enjoyed one week of voice, dance, stage presence, and acting seminars as well as arts and crafts, waterfront activities, and campfires.

“Let’s face it, most young adults dream of being an entertainer. Well, most of us did, anyway,” Community Program Specialist at Headquarters Air Force Services Agency.

“What better chance to hone your acting skills than to be completely immersed in a professional theater camp?” It’s like a scholarship for theater!”

In the future, we hope to offer teens passionate about the performing arts the opportunity to apply to attend the camp. At that time, they would be required to provide an audition tape and an application to:
